About the Role: This is the perfect role for an NQ solicitor with a passion for construction law who is looking to further develop their career in a dynamic and supportive team. You will advise on all aspects of construction law, working with a wide variety of clients including contractors, sub-contractors, developers, funders, and private individuals. This role provides the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in both contentious and non-contentious construction matters, from project inception through to completion, while receiving the support and guidance necessary to thrive in your legal career. Key Responsibilities: - Provide expert legal advice on all aspects of construction law, including contract drafting, dispute resolution, and risk management. - Act for a wide range of clients, including contractors, sub-contractors, developers, and funders. - Collaborate with senior lawyers, gaining valuable experience and exposure to complex legal matters. - Manage a varied caseload of both contentious and non-contentious construction work. - Build strong client relationships and deliver exceptional service. About You: - Newly qualified solicitor (or soon to be qualified) with a strong interest in construction law. - Ideally, some experience in construction law through your training contract or post-qualification. - Excellent communication skills with the ability to work well in a collaborative team environment. - Proactive, driven, and eager to develop your skills within a respected law firm.
